SUSSEX Police confirmed a local man died in a collision on the A26 between Lewes and Newhaven this morning (Wednesday June 17).
The crash involved a biker in his 50s riding a Triumph Daytona and two waste lorries at around 10am.

Police said the man died at the scene near Southease.

Following the collision the road was closed at Beddingham both northbound and southbound.

An appeal for witnesses has been launched.

I hope this is because you've decided to remove it as it's content was voyeuristic, macabre and unwarranted editorially.

If it is a technical hitch may I recommend you remove it anyway as it serves no purpose to anyone - the news story tell's all that is needed to know without the distressing footage.
