HART GRACE passed away peacefully on 24th December 2011. Dearly loved mother of John and Mary, mother-in-law of Pam and Ray, grandmother and great grandmother, will be greatly missed. The Funeral Service is to take place TODAY, Friday 6th January, at 12 noon at Woodvale Crematorium, Brighton. Family flowers only or donations, for a memorial seat c/o Richard Green Funeral Service, 125 High Street, Uckfield, East Sussex TN22 1RN. Tel: 01825 760601.
