Desperate for affordable housing
It may be good news to see Cllr Graham Wells getting some affordable housing started in Polegate, but the real issue is not being addressed.
Instead of giving permission to developers to build market housing, they should employ them to build nothing else but houses that we need for those in the Polegate and Hailsham area. May I invite you to contact me to group together to put in an application on the sites that are down for development over the next 17-year plan and have homes for £85,000. This could be done. Visit www.campaign-for-change.co.uk for the way forward.
