Letter: Operators were shabbily treated

I AM surprised that the Sussex Express chose to report the Lewes Town Council take over of Lewes Cinema without getting a reaction from the existing operators, especially as it seems they have been very shabbily treated, with minimal notice and consultation.

Presumably the LTC business plan depends on retaining the goodwill of existing customers, something their heavy handedness has put at risk. They have certainly lost me.
