Letter: Sadist with blowpipe must be stopped

SO there is a lunatic on the loose with a blowpipe, who likes to cause suffering to animals. What causes people to be sadistic like this? This maniac had targeted ducks for enjoyment.

What will they target next time?

The duck that had the missile through its neck was unable to eat anything, because it couldn’t swallow.

Thankfully, it was rescued and has recovered. Someone local knows this nutcase who must be stopped before graduating to something more serious.
