Letter: Seahaven radio station going strong one year on
ON Monday, January 9, 2012, it was one year since Seahaven FM went on air on 96.3fm as well as online at www.seahavenfm.com
This has been a remarkable achievement by the many volunteers who give their time freely to provide this service to the Seahaven area.
I have been privileged to have been part of this with my two programmes, Community People (5 to 6pm every Sunday) and Forces on Parade (6 to 7pm every Sunday).
I send my congratulations to Nick Mallinson, the station’s managing director and to all the volunteers who man the station – a wonderful year, let us hope the first of many.
