Rubbish the County Hall

If Lewes District's rubbish has to go into a landraise site, surely the best place for this would be in the car park at County Hall?

This would reduce transport costs, help with our carbon footprint, and provide a daily reminder of the importance of the three Rs. In this case – reduce, reuse, and recycle.
