Wide range of events at literature festival

THIS year's Lewes Live Literature festival has a wider range of events than ever.
Highlights from the star-studded programme include Martin Harley, singer songwriter and original slide guitar player, and Adrian Mitchell performance poet, who both play at the Royal Oak in Lewes on Tuesday, October 23 and Wednesday, October 24, respectively.

At Pelham House Hotel, Lewes, on October the 26, 27 and 28, during the festival weekend, enjoy Yasmin Alibhai-Brown, with her autobiographical performance, Paula Wilcox starring as Dorothy Parker in General Review of the Sex Situation, and renowned Lewes artist Peter Messer giving a richly-illustrated talk to launch his 48 page collection of Lewes images On the Way to Work.
