POLICE are warning about a spate of bag thefts in Horsham's North Street subway.

There have been three incidents in as many weeks where people have had their belongings snatched.

Sussex Police say they are looking for two young white males, aged between 16 and 20 years of age, who were both wearing hats or hooded tops.

Anyone who notices anybody acting suspiciously in this area or discovers any discarded items that might be linked to the theft of personal property are asked to phone Sussex Police on 0845 60 70 999 or the Horsham District Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnership on 01403 215124.
