POLICE say they are looking for more witnesses to the crash at Adversane which claimed the life of 29 year old Toby Lindgren.

Mr Lindgren, from Thakeham, was killed in an accident involving his white Ford Fiesta and a grey Honda Civic.

The crash happened around 7.20am on June 4, on the B2133 Adversane Lane.

A statement from Sussex Police this week said: "The driver of the Honda Civic was arrested at the scene and is currently on police bail pending further investigation into this tragic incident.

"A number of witnesses have already been identified and spoken to.

"However, police investigating the collision are asking for anyone who may be able to help with their enquiries to contact the road policing unit at Haywards Heath on 0845 6070 999, quoting Operation Harrison.

"In particular they would like to speak with anyone on the road at that time who saw either vehicle prior to the collision or also anyone who was on Marringdean Lane shortly before the incident and may have seen the Honda Civic."
