Foodies seeking creative Christmas cookery ideas should make a bee-line for Taylor Wimpey’s Beechbrook Park development in Buxted, East Sussex.

The leading housebuilder is holding a champagne and sugar crafts event at the development on Saturday, November 24, where an expert will be on hand to reveal the secrets of successful cake decorating.

Sugar craft teacher Rosie Ryan will hold two demonstrations during the day, showing visitors how to decorate cakes with Christmas characters including Santa, elves and reindeer – plus how to make a beautiful garland for a larger cake.

Visitors will be able to sample the results and enjoy a glass of bubbly during the event, from 1pm to 4pm.
