For the last event in its 2010/2011 programme, Chichester Jazz Club welcomes the return of The Colin Peters Quartet. At their last visit they played to a near capacity audience who enjoyed their mix of jazz classics and standards.
Since 2002, the group has been best known as the house band for Googlies Jazz Supper Club in Enfield, North London where every week it opens proceedings performing a wide range of jazz and is then joined by the week’s guest star.
The line-up for Chichester Jazz Club will be Colin Peters on piano, Bill Yeomans on saxes and flute, Wally Shaw on bass and drummer John Jarvis.
The concert will take place at The Pallant Suite, South Pallant, Chichester on Friday, July 15 where the music starts at 7.30pm and doors open at 6.30pm. Advance tickets can be bought at Chichester’s TIC Office, South Street (01243 775888) and more details about this and other events can be found on www.chichesterjazzclub.co.uk
