COMMUTERS are facing delays on the Brighton main line this evening (February 17) due to a fatality earlier in the day at Balham and signalling problems in the Haywards Heath area.
A spokesman for Southern said the signalling problem had been rectified but minor delays can be expected through the evening rush-hour.
