Well done La La Lock! Just shows what you can accomplish with a bit of Councillor sense! Who needs terrorists to wreck a town's economy when you have idiots like this in charge?

(looks around)......nope, no reduction in traffic that I can see. Just a bunch of cowboys making a fast-buck off the back of the Knee-jerk-"Green" lobby. Now we al have to make sure we park badly for the next few years to make sure we make enough money for said cowboys. Lewesians! Your town expects you to do your duty! Fail to uy the correct parking ticket today! If you don't, we'll have to put the charges up anyway!

And they cannot show any charity for those with free parking vouchers when donating blood! Thumbs down to the 4th Reich.

Yes, I suspect the blood-donor vouchers may have been a money-grab too far...It was inevitable that the Scheme would reveal its true face eventually.

La La tells me that the Lewes scheme is an unquallified success!! We look forward to the same in Eastbourne!
