GREEK philosophers have been putting the world to rights at Cradle Hill Community Primary School in Seaford.
Inspired pupils have been thoroughly enjoying using an amphitheatre (pictured), purchased by the school and which now stands permanently in the grounds.

It was bought for the outdoor curriculum and the children are using it for lessons and assemblies as well as playtimes.

Headteacher Gianni Bianchi said: 'It is there to further enrich the learning of our children. 'They are really enjoying it and we are getting really positive comments. They have been doing their own play-acting and taking it in turns.'

Pupils in year five are learning about ancient Greece and loved using the amphitheatre to pretend to be philosophers.
