THE HARD work of students recognised at the Seaford Head Community College Annual Celebration of Achievement.
Students, teachers, parents, guests from the local community and governors celebrated the achievements and hard work of 78 students in the college during the last academic year.

Entertainment was provided by the college's Rock and Jazz Orchestra and Matt Archer and Phil Anderson from Year 11.

The awards were presented by the Deputy Mayor of Seaford, Cllr Tracy Willis.

Among the awards winners were Laura Steele and Emma Russell for Service to the College, Emma Dowson for Service to the Community and Danielle Eades-Arter for the Mayor's Cup for Endeavour.

Senior students in Year 11 gave a review of the last year in the life of the school and presented their own special awards to Mrs Warren, for 29 years of service to the college, Jarred Rush, for Bravery in the Face of Misfortune, Amy Gough, Fabulous Effort all the Time, and Scarlett Brandley, for contribution to extra-curricular activities.
