Traveller foils thieves

A TRAVELLER confronted thieves and foiled a break-in at the petrol station in Ofham.
The thieves tried to break in to the premises at around 3am on Monday but woke the traveller, who is living near to the service station in a caravan.

He challenged the two intruders and they jumped into a blue transit van and sped off on the A275 towards Chailey.
