Band's thank you concert
POPULAR local band The Saucy Flapdragons will be playing at The Anchor Inn at Barcombe Mills next Friday November 21.
The band, which has well-established reputation in the corporate and charity functions arena, is putting the show on as a thank you to local fans.
The band has gone from strength to strength over the last two years, performing all over the UK and Ireland for corporations such as Glaxo, Siemens and Mercedes-Benz and also for Sir Steve Redgrave's Golden 5 Charity.
They have also supported local charities such as the Martlets Hospice and the Lindfield Girls Pink Night Out in aid of Breast Cancer.
Guitarist Mark O'Hara said: "People have been asking us to put on a public gig, so we're delighted to be able to come to the Anchor, which is a great established music venue.
"The Harveys will be flowing and so will we! I hope as many people as possible come down and make it a great night!"
