To combat the January blues, why not head down to the Wellbeing and Happiness Show in Lewes next year?

Talks include Chanting for Health and Happiness, Pranic Healing and the Keys to Loving Well at the show which runs from Saturday January 31 to Sunday February 1, 10am to 5.30pm, in Lewes Town Hall.

John-Paul Flintoff, author, journalist and life coach who has written for The Times and Guardian will hold a workshop where learning comes with a good dose of happy laughter.

Another highlight will be the ‘The Game Of Life’, a talk by Paul C Burr; business and life coach, NLP practitioner, reiki master, astrologer, tarot reader and druid, who will shine a light on how success in life comes from knowing the purpose of the ‘game’, how it is played and the ‘rules’ that apply.

There will be treatments such as chiropractic, osteopathy and acupuncture, as well as massage (aromatherapy, hot stone, Indian head, lava shell, reflexology, shiatsu), healing, homeopathy and nutrition.

Tasters will be on offer to sample treatments, while demonstrations such as pilates and yoga take place on the stage. There will also be stalls and treatments in the Assembly Room and Corn Exchange.

Organiser Amanda said: “I am so excited at how everything has come together and that my vision of an event which gives visitors so many positive experiences, has come about.”
