Polegate and local village life calendar competition has been launched for a fourth year running.
Residents have the chance to showcase their photographs in the calendar, which will then be available in aid of St Wilfrid’s Hospice.
Residents are being asked to submit photographs taken in and around Polegate including buildings, scenery, local events and positive aspects of living and working in the area.
Judges will be looking for a new creative approach to well known Polegate and local landmarks and good technical ability.
Dan Dunbar, competition organiser, said: “After the success with the three pervious calendars. I want the community to get involved to achieve another great calendar in aid of St Wilfrid’s Hospice. I want local people to use photography to capture well known local and recognisable views from a new angle, to show Polegate and the local area from a new and interesting viewpoint.”
The competition is open to all local residents who have until midday on October 25 to enter four images into the competition. Images can be sent to Polegate Town Council, 49 High Street, Polegate.
