Organisers are holding The One Show, a display of classic cars, within the grounds of Markwick Gardens in St Leonards on Sunday (September 7).

The event is a vintage car show with a difference, as there is just one of each kind of motor car.

Owners from far and wide are bringing some of the best and ‘one off’ machinery to the show, along with some of the regular cars which many will recognise and possibly have owned in the past.

There will be around 50 vehicles from every decade from the 1930s onwards, including super cars like the Lamborghini Diablo and Ferrari Dino, Porsche 996 and various Lotus and TVR cars. The show, which is free, is from 11am and stalls will be available for visitors. Markwick Gardens is a four-acre Victorian garden belonging to a charitable trust.
