In a bid to ‘Clean for the Queen’, residents of Kingston and Cranedown are doing a community clean-up on Friday, March 4.
The group is inviting members of the public to join them on the corner of Montacute Road and Brighton Road at 9am to start two hours of litter-picking and cleaning up the town’s streets.
Anyone interested in joining should contact Katherine Mondon on 01273 471973.
Clean for The Queen is a campaign to clear up Britain in time for Her Majesty the Queen’s 90th birthday, which will be officially celebrated in June 2016.
