Uckfield Community Technology College said it is delighted to announce a set of A- level results which reflect the hard work and commitment of students and staff.
49 per cent of grades were awarded at grades A*, A or B meaning that the vast majority of students are on track to gain the first choice of university place.
There were many outstanding individual results with high achieving students gaining a clean sweep of A* and A grades, securing among them places at Oxford to read maths, LSE to read Law and M.I.T.in Boston, Massachusetts.
Principal Hugh Hennebry said: “I am delighted that so many students have been rewarded for their commitment to their studies and dedication to their work.
“Staff have worked in partnership with students and parents to attain results which will set them firmly onto the next phase of their lives.”
