A steam train, a choir singing Victorian parlour songs and music from Seaford Silver Band will be just some of the attractions for visitors at Seaford Train Station when the 150th anniversary of the Brighton to Seaford line is celebrated.

Organisers are mounting a special welcome with an historic photo gallery, children’s games and stalls, as well as a vintage vehicle on Saturday June 7.

Mayors and other guests will be met at 11.14am by Seaford Silver Band and speeches recreating the 1864 event.
