This week’s feature event at The Stade is Grime, the story of an ordinary dysfunctional family trying to live outside the constraints of normal society.
Performed by the Ramshacklicious theatre company Grime, which is on tomorrow (Saturday) from 7.30pm, follows the trials and tribulations of a family intent on survival in harsh times, a real modern-day soap opera.
Cllr Peter Chowney, Hastings Borough Council’s lead member for regeneration, said: “Ramshacklicious Theatre Company is a team of artists with an enormous range of skills including performers, set designers, directors, musicians, writers, devisers, composers, puppeteers, puppet designers, scenic artists, costume designers and sound designers. They create high quality outdoor theatre for non-theatre audiences. Blending together contemporary clowning, physical theatre, storytelling, live music and puppetry, Ramshacklicious take audiences on anarchic journeys into the unexpected. You will not be disappointed.”
