East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service attended one incident in Hailsham during the latest strike by members of the Fire Brigades Union.
An one hour long walk out took place between 10.59pm and 11.59pm on Thursday (August 14) as part of the ongoing dispute with Government over pensions.
During the strike action crews attended a small electrical fire at a home in Hailsham.
A spokesman for East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service said: “Contingency crews were on duty and we responded to reports of a small electrical fire at a home in Hailsham which was out on arrival.
“Normal cover has now resumed.
“Further industrial action takes place between noon and 2pm, and between 10.59pm and 11.59pm today and tomorrow (Friday August 15 and Saturday August 16).”
