A romantic garden with fountains and flowering tress is open to the public on Sunday, June 1.
Offham House, in The Street, Offham, also features a double herbaceous border and a long peony bed set against the backdrop of a Queen Anne house dating from 1676 (not open) with a well-knapped flint facade.
Visitors can enjoy a herb garden and a walled kitchen garden with glasshouses, coldframes, chickens, guinea fowl and friendly pigs.
Home-made teas will be served on the lawn or on the terrace and the garden is open from 1-5pm. Admission is £4.50 for adults, children free.
It is part of the National Gardens Scheme which raises money for charity.
