The project officer for the Big Parks Project, Chris Bibb, will be one of the speakers at Peacehaven Town Council’s annual town council meeting.
He will give an update on the progress with the construction of the big park.
Construction on the big park is expected to be completed by the end of this year. Work on the gateway building and cafe is due to start in May and be finished by September.
Residents are welcome to attend the meeting which will be held on Tuesday April 15 at Community House in the Meridian Centre at 6.30pm.
Other speakers at the event will include Sussex Police and Crime Commissioner Katy Bourne who will be talking about her role and responsibilities.
People will also be able to learn about the Peacehaven Pioneers Project and from Peacehaven Police about community safety issues.
