Over a two-day period, a host of former international and Premier League footballers, world-renowned freestylers, footballing extras and a sizeable production crew descended on Peacehaven & Telscombe FC’s home, The Sports Park.

Former Spurs and England stars Jermaine Jenas and goalkeeper Paul Robinson took part in the filming under brilliant blue skies in Peacehaven, alongside former French international and Manchester United striker Louis Saha and F2FREESTYLERS Billy Wingrove and Jeremy Lynch.

When news got out of the presence of such stars, crowds of locals emerged outside the gates. Fortunately, the F2FREESTYLERS were on hand to give an impromptu demonstration to the masses, which can be viewed here.

The full sports documentary series is produced by former Peacehaven player Ben Cove, who works as global head of content at Unibet.

Exact details of the show are under wraps for now, but it will be aired on Unibet’s Facebook, Twitter and YouTube channels in June.

Cove, pictured with Robinson, Jenas and Saha, said: “We’re filming different parts of this particular production across Europe and all over the world; at locations from Miami to Dubai.

“Peacehaven will always feel like home to me, so when I needed a non-league football ground as a location, The Sports Park at Piddinghoe Avenue made perfect sense.

“Thank you to everyone at the club for the warm welcome and helping to facilitate what promises to be a hugely successful series. It was great to bring a little bit of glamour to the local area.”
