The Friends of Tide Mills are looking for volunteers to help maintain this beauty spot between Seaford and Newhaven.
The group’s next meeting will take place on Sunday March 16.
Meetings always take place on the third Sunday of each month.
If you would like to take part, the volunteers will meet at 10am at the waymarker adjacent to the beach at the road leading from the level crossing.
Meetings usually last for two hours but all are welcome no matter how much time can be spared.
The vegetated shingle at Tide Mills is a rare habitat, with animals and plants adapted to flourish in the difficult conditions.
