The next Seaford Food Swap will be held on Saturday April 26 at the Old Boot Inn in Seaford from 10am to 12 noon.
It will feature homemade, home grown, home brewed or foraged items, which are exchanged for produce made by others.
No money changes hands.
One of the organisers, Di Moreton said: “Apart from diversifying the swappers’ larders and redistributing surplus food or gluts, food swaps provide the opportunity to build stronger communities.
“They are social events and attract a mix of people of all ages, genders and occupations.”
The more produce you bring, the better array of goodies you can look forward to taking home.
Places are limited to a maximum of 25.
The pub is based in High Street.
There is no entry fee. Book your place on www.seafordfoodswap.eventbrite.co.uk.
