Running from Thursday July 24 through to Wednesday September 3, there is a complete summer of fun this holiday right the way across Seaford from Wave Leisure and Partners.

As we see an improvement in the weather and summer making a spectacular effort leisure centre is able to offer the kids something to do whatever the weather.

Kick-starting the holidays in style is the Seaford Change4Life day on Thursday July 24 from 12.30-3.00pm at the Downs Leisure Centre.

There will be a variety of free sessions including trampolining, gymnastics, dance and arts and crafts.

Cafe Wave will be offering a special on lunch boxes for just £1.75.

Information stalls will be hosted by Wave Leisure, the NHS Health Trainers and Seaford Children’s Centre.

Throughout the rest of the holidays the Downs Leisure Centre in Seaford will be hosting a skate school, family badminton, pre-school trampolining, gymnastics and their weekly roller disco on Saturday; as well as playing host to Pro Direct Soccer Academy for a three day course and offering all week access to Dino’s Soft Play.

Cafe Wave will be open seven days a week offering freshly made baguettes, sandwiches, salads along with daily specials.

Seaford Head Pool will be offering intensive swim school sessions – perfect for those wanting to push ahead to the next level or to get a head start, as well as Scuba sessions, fun sessions, water polo and a liquid disco.

In partnership with Seaford Town Council, Wave Leisure is delighted to be able to offer its first one week summer play scheme, based at Seaford Head Lower School from Monday August 11 until Friday August 15.

The scheme is open to 8-12 year olds and offers sporting activities from 8.30am until 5.30pm for just £15 per day.

Plus, there are a variety of outdoor activities on offer at the Salts Recreation Ground that include the outdoor gym, cycle training, picnic days, Sk8 School and Tri-Golf.
