The Multi Charity Christmas card shop needs to find a temporary venue in Lewes for the 2014 season.

The charity needs to have something in place by the end of September to enable it to open in October.

Judith O’Sullivan, regional organiser, is appealing for an empty shop or unit, space in a gallery, church, shared shop or cafe, a building society lobby, museum, community centre or hall, even space for a portakabin – they are open to suggestions and ideas and are very open minded.

The shop helps 27 national charities, as well as St Peter and St James Hospice, Raystede and SASBAH.

“If we are not able to find a venue the shop will not open this year which will be huge disappointment for the charities, the volunteers and all our loyal customers,” said Judith.
