CAN YOU name this man British Transport Police want to speak to in connection with a cycle stolen from Newhaven railway station?

Officers want to identify the man after the theft around 9pm on Sunday May 20.

He is part of the latest ‘Top 10’ gallery of cycle thefts at Sussex stations issued by the transport police.

Inspector Gary Ancell said: “Our latest gallery of images show people who we suspect of taking cycles from rail stations across Sussex between February and May this year.

“As part of our enquiries the images have been looked at by local neighbourhood policing teams in each area but so far we’ve been unable to get names for these people.

“If you recognise any of them and think you can tell us who they are, or if you feature in any of the images, please get in touch.

“We’ll continue to work closely with Southern to tackle cycle crime at rail stations and ask passengers to report any suspicious behaviour to a member of staff or police.”

If you recognise the man captured in the CCTV image, call British Transport Police on Freefone 0800 40 50 40 quoting reference B15/LSA of 20/06/12 and the image number.
