Distinctive jewellery stolen in Uckfield burglary

Police are appealing for witnesses to a burglary in Uckfield on Tuesday (April 4).

The break-in happened at a house in New Place sometime between 7pm and 10pm.

Police said various items of jewellery were taken including some distinctive pieces; a pair of silver cufflinks engraved ‘MC’, a silver marcarsite brooch of a deer with a red eye, an enamelled brooch of a dachshund dog. and a pair of Montblanc make silver cufflinks.

Any witness or anyone with information is asked to email [email protected], quoting serial 1545 of 04/04.
