DONKEY races, arena events and stalls will be the order of the day as Peacehaven Donkey Derby rolls into town.
The popular event, which usually draws crowds of 4,000 to 5,000 people, will take place on Sunday July 8 from 12.30pm to 4pm at The Dell.
And it’s all in the name of a good cause, as the annual charity fundraiser is organised by Newhaven Peacehaven and Seaford Lions.
Money raised will go to various charities.
The derby will be opened by the mayors of Peaceahaven and Telscombe.
Visitors can look forward to a total of seven donkey races, featuring young people as the jockeys.
There will be birds of prey, Punch and Judy and plate smashing, as well as around 20 stalls to browse.
A beer tent, teas and cakes will keep visitors going throughout the day.
