Double celebration planned in High Hurstwood

THE 140th anniversary of the dedication of Holy Trinity Church, High Hurstwood coincides with the year of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee so the village is planning double celebrations.

After a service on June 3, conducted by Revd Canon Ian Gibson, there will be a hog roast in the village hall. It will cost £8 for adults and £3 for children to take part. Organisers advice booking early as there is already a great deal of interest. Ring Elaine on: 01825 733504 to reserve your place.
