PRIORY School at Lewes has experienced another year of pleasing GCSE exam results with a headline figure of 72 per cent A*-C grades including English and Maths.
Every student achieved at least one qualification with 83 per cent gaining at least five A*-C grades and 98 per cent achieving at least five A*-G grades.
Headteacher Tony Smith said: “We are delighted with the commitment and attitude of our students throughout their time at Priory.
“The results achieved by each student reflect their positive attitude towards their work and I am delighted that these grades will form a firm foundation for the next stage in their learning and work.
“I am grateful to parents, staff and governors for the support they have provided to all of our students and for the part they have played in ensuring that the preparation for these examinations has been a success. We wish all our students and their families the best for the future.”
