THE NATIONAL Lottery is hunting for a EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle winner who is a secret millionaire. Every week EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle guarantees to create two millionaires – one on Tuesday and one on Friday – but the winner from the draw on 25 November 2011, where The National Lottery created 18 millionaires in one night with the EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle draw, has still to check their ticket and claim their prize.

Players in Wealden (District Council) are being urged to check and double check their unique EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle selection for the chance to become an instant millionaire.

The search is now on to find the owner of the winning ticket which was bought in Wealden (District Council). For every EuroMillions line played, UK players automatically receive a EuroMillions Millionaire Raffle selection printed on their ticket.

The winning selection on Friday 25 November 2011 was VVT537436 and the lucky ticket-holder has until 11pm on Wednesday 23 May 2012 to make their claim.

The draw on 25 November 2011 marked the beginning of The National Lottery’s Millionaires Month where 50 millionaires will be created in the run up to Christmas.

Following this special Millionaire Raffle draw, guaranteed millionaires will continue to be made each Tuesday and Friday until 23 December, when an amazing 25 players will win the best Christmas present ever.

That is 50 millionaires, all here in the UK, all guaranteed – creating The National Lottery’s Millionaires Month.

If no-one comes forward with the winning ticket before the prize claim deadline, then the prize money, plus all the interest the prize has generated, will go to the Good Causes – adding to the £27 billion already raised through sales of lottery tickets since The National Lottery launched in November 1994.

A National Lottery spokesperson said: “We’re desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings – this amazing prize could really make a huge difference to somebody’s life.

“Being able to guarantee two UK millionaires every week with Millionaire Raffle, plus 18 from the draw on 25 November is fantastic and we’re urging everyone to check their old EuroMillions tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding so that this prize can turn someone into the newest member of the lottery millionaire club.

“Try checking in the pockets of clothing, in wallets, bags and down the back of the sofa. We have the champagne on ice and our fingers crossed that the lucky winner comes forward to claim their win.”

To jog EuroMillions players’ memories, We Found Love by Rihanna ft. Calvin Harris topped the UK singles chart at the time, while Susan Boyle was at the top of the album chart with Someone To Watch Over Me.

In a sporting context, fans of Eastbourne Borough may remember that their team was in action on Saturday 26 November in the FA Trophy - the Sports battled to a replay against Dartford with a hard-fought 0-0 draw.
