On the first weekend of March Blue Sonic developers will be launching the first release of their Clayhills, Lewes, development with the new show house available to view.

The agents have reported that the first release is already 30 per cent sold off plan.

This is an exciting new development of houses and apartments centrally located within the county town of Lewes and the first release will comprise three bedroom family homes competitively priced at £395,000 and a collection of one and two bedroom luxury apartments with prices starting from £190,000.
