A Fairtrade Market will be staged in Seaford at the Clinton Centre on Saturday March 9.
It will feature Fairtrade stalls and a Tasting Café, with the chance to sample cakes and biscuits made with Fairtrade ingredients, together with a Fairtrade cup of tea or coffee.
The event will run from 10am to 1.30pm at the venue in the Clinton Place.
A children’s corner will offer face painting and drawing, while local musicians will perform.
Admission costs 50p and includes a tea or coffee and the chance to try the cakes.
Chair of Seaford Fairtrade Group Ralph Taylor said: “This year’s Fairtrade Market in Seaford will be bigger and better and promises to be the best ever.
“We have managed to get a very wide range of stallholders, with Fairtrade goods including clothes and handicrafts as well as the more usual chocolate, tea and coffee.”
The Fairtrade Market and Tasting is part of Fairtrade Fortnight which lasts from 25 February to 10 March 2013.
Seaford has been awarded Fairtrade Town status by the Fairtrade Foundation.
