People are being invited to explore Ashdown Park Hotel and Country Club’s woodland with a mushroom forage on October 5.
Tickets are £46 per person and include lunch. From 10.30am guests will be given the opportunity to explore Ashdown Park’s woodland with the hotel’s fungi expect and long-standing estate manager, Kevin Sweet.
Kevin will help identify the best, and safest, mushrooms to pick, which the hotel’s team of chefs will transform into a lunch.
