Eastbourne company Welbeing donated more than £2,600 to the town’s Age Concern branch.
Welbeing pledged a contribution to the charity every time a new customer signed up quoting ‘Age Concern’. Welbeing helps customers live independently by using specially designed home alarms.
Steve Smith, CEO at Welbeing, said, “We are delighted to have raised this money to support Age Concern Eastbourne’s important work in improving the quality of life for older people. This chimes perfectly with the services offered by Welbeing as our focus is on making independent living available to as many people as possible..”
Andrea Richardson, director of trading at AGE Concern Eastbourne, collected the donation and said she was ‘thrilled’ with Welbeing’s help.
