Christmas is coming to Lewes, Seaford and Newhaven, as well as Peacehaven, where a whole host of festive events are being organised.
Lewes District Council was highlighting the range of small independent shops from bespoke jewellers, creative artisan shops and flea markets across the district where presents could be snapped up.
Lewes High Street will come alive with Christmas festivities and a Dickensian theme at the late night Christmas shopping event on Thursday December 4 marking the start of the Christmas shopping season.
Shops will stay open late into the evening and there will be a Christmas Fair and a grotto in historic Lewes House.
In Seaford the Christmas Magic all day event will be held on Saturday December 6 with stalls, a Christmas lights switch on and entertainment.
Newhaven’s celebrations will be on Saturday December 13 in the High Street, with a fun fair and music from LGB Brass.
And in Peacehaven there will be a Christmas Festival on Saturday December 13 at 12 noon with Father Christmas and carols.
