POLICE HAVE asked residents to look out for this couple (see picture) who may be at risk of harm.
David Childs, aged 35, of Solway, Hailsham, and his partner, Samantha Cooling, 30, of Barbuda Quay, Eastbourne, have not been seen since the early evening of Wednesday August 3 when they left his address in her car. They were reported missing by concerned friends later that evening.
Photographs and descriptions of both have been released by police as part of efforts to find them.

Her car is a black Vauxhall Zafira, registration number RA05YZF.
Police have been searching local open areas including Ashdown Forest, car parks and local hotels, and talking to families and friends of both people.
A Sussex Police spokesman said; “Our intensive enquiries enquiries cause us to believe that David and Samantha are both in a vulnerable emotional state and fear that some harm may befall them. Anyone who has seen them or her car is asked to contact us right away via 0845 60 70 999 quoting serial 1868 of August 3.
“We believe they were in the Horam area on the Wednesday evening after they left Eastbourne but that is not a confirmed sighting.”
