Horsewoman taken to hospital after fall in Arlington

The Sussex Air Ambulance was called to the village of Arlington on Saturday (June 10) after a woman fell from a horse and needed hospital treatment.

The horserider suffered injuries to her head, upper arm and lower leg. The incident occured on Wilbees Road just after 10.15am.

Staff from the air and road ambulance attended the scene, with the woman finally being transported to Hastings Conquest Hospital by road.
