The Beer and Music Festival will get underway at the Lewes Con Club in the High Street this weekend.
It will run from Friday November 28 to Sunday November 30 and will feature beer and music.
The bar will be open Friday and Saturday from 12 noon to 12pm and again on Sunday from 12 noon to 10pm.
Organisers said the theme this year was light and dark.
The weekend will feature 12 or more selected real ales from local micro breweries, including Rectory Ales, Burning Sky, Ballard’s, Hammerpot, Kissingate, Langham, Goldmark, 360 Degrees, Hastings and Harveys.
Visitors will be able to chat to the brewers at the Meet the Brewers informal session at 3pm Saturday.
Bad Boy Boogie, the South of England’s leading tribute to Rock Gods AC/DC since 1995, will play on Friday November 28.
They cover tracks from both eras – the late great Bon Scott and current legend Brian Johnson. Band members even take the stage in authentic costume.
Tickets for the gig from 8pm to 11.30pm cost £5 but it is free for members.
The Kast off Kinks will play on Saturday November 29.
They are a professional touring band. They are all ex Kinks members and perform their famous hits together with some fascinating anecdotes from their heydays with Ray Davies.
The evening runs from 8pm to 11.30pm. Gig tickets £12 in advance from Union Music Store or reserve online at www.lewesconclub.com or £15 on the door/members free. More information on www.lewesconclub.com
