Lewes Old Grammar School stages show at Glyndebourne to mark 500 years

LEWES Old Grammar School is staging a spectacular show to mark its 500th anniversary.

The 500 Festival will be staged at Glyndebourne on March 25 and features song, music, dance, drama and arts. The finale will feature more than 100 students and staff.

The showcase for talents starts at 3pm and tickets, priced at £7, are available from the Glyndebourne website at www.glyndebourne.com/season/tickets-whats-on

Headmaster Robert Blewitt said: “Throughout its history, Lewes Old Grammar School has sought to broaden the educational experience of its students. This occasion is intended to celebrate the richness of the school’s 500-year history.”
