Store staff raise cash with party

Asda Hailsham handed over a cheque for £350 to The Charles Hunt Centre (CHC) which offers support to elderly people. Supermarket staff decided to raise funds for the charity by holding a party at the Kings Arms in Eastbourne. The pub laid on a buffet. Tickets cost £5 and this and raffle funds went to CHC.
