A collision, fallen power cables and ice have closed the A272 near North Chailey

The A272 (Lewes Road) is closed between North Chailey and Scaynes Hill due to a collision, fallen power cables and ice.

The incident took place near Chailey Heritage School between B2183 Beggar’s Wood Road and Church Road.

Sussex Police have said the road will be closed for some time.

There is a diversion in place via Beggar’s Wood Road and the A275.
